Response to "Art and Fear" Ch.1&2

What advise from the chapters sticks out to you?- The advise that stuck out to me the most was just to keep making art and make as much as you can even if it's not all great; also to have friends that you can share your progress with. My boyfriend is also an artist and we usually send each other pictures of our work and sort of give each other positive criticism to help push each other along.

How has your practice developed despite the voice of insecrurity, and how do you continue to fight past it?- I think my art is developing and getting better whether I like the piece I'm making or not. I try to make myself look past whether I really like the image and look at the technical aspects of what I'm painting and compare it to work i've done in the past.I
